These tribes vary in size from small groups of 4 or 5 and some up to 400 or more. Goblins tend to settle near other civilized areas to raid for food, livestock, tools, weapons, and other supplies. Goblins will infest local mountains and cliffs first as they are talented at mining and carving caves to protect themselves It is common for goblins to live with non-goblins like orcs, ogres and trolls that exploit goblins as disposable soldiers. Personality: Goblins have a poor grasp of strategy and are cowardly by nature, tending to flee the field if a battle turns against them. With proper supervision, though, they can implement reasonably complex plans, and in such circumstances their numbers can be a deadly advantage. Goblins walk upright with arms that nearly reach their knees. Appearance: A goblin's skin color ranges from yellow through any shade of orange to a deep red; usually all members of a single tribe are about the same color with eyes that are usually dull and glazed, varying from red to yellow. Goblins wear clothing of dark leather, tending toward drab, soiled-looking colors. Described as 'hideously ugly', they have a broad nose that sits flat face with pointed ears and a wide mouth.
