It makes sense if ones follows Ianthe that the healing abilities should far outweight the ability of someone who follows Zaal.
I think you alignment should play a role in how well you prayers work based on who you follow.
If you are a follower of Ianthe and you have been out killing Saintly things your alignment should drop and your abilitiy to use those prayers should suffer as well.
