meteorshower i say that would be a good multi target one and maybe a chance to hit yourself, cant have it it other players due to pk rules
freeze doubt as we have paralyze rank d
mindread is a tad hard to make nicly, at most it would offer a bonus like dodge/elude but clerics can heal so may cause unbalance
fungus may be doable but i am not sure how hard it would be
rockslide probably not as thyat is prety much what vinetrip does
entwhistle that sounds interresting to basilcy call atree to fight, maybe work like mage necro and make it a minion and allow you to control and summon outside of combat
