Item ideas

I realize we have most of the commands we need already.  Although Phaedrus
clerics need specials above rank G.  But what I was really getting at is,
are there items like wristbands, necklaces, rings, etc that give skills that
presently don't exist or require you to give up too much armor etc to get ?
If you have ideas for a necklace of +20 death or whatever, I'd really like 
to hear them.  Thanks.
