<savant> The knowledge cleric gives a boost in one particular skill
allowing the target to possibly use a new ability temporarily or increase 
proficiency using commands in that tier.
<infuriate> The knowledge cleric torments the target with certain knowledge
that causes the target to enter a berskerer type state. The target will
become unable to use specials until they can calm themselves enough
to refocus.
