while helping Icey work out some of the bugs I found in reversestrike, we
discussed some other ideas for how it should work. However, changing how it
works would probably change it's rank, so I propose a new command:
either called doublestrike or reversehit
It would work similar to reversestrike, but rather than hitting two different
opponents, you would hit the same opponent twice.
I think it would probably be a couple levels higher than reversestrike.
Maybe level F or G.
