First off, I like the idea of 'measure' as it seems like a combo 'parry/bloodlust' which would be cool.  It would be especially nice to see what a regular attack could do in such an enhanced state.

Second, an archery subclass makes sense instead of a riding subclass for no other reason than you can take a bow with you anywhere and horses are still limited.  Icey mentioned something on chat line about moving many present riding commands to the general population and that makes sense to me.
