So this would be the equivalent of chargestrike, but for double wielders.
You would essentially charge your opponant and use one of your blades to
bat their own weapons aside right before you hit. 

You lower to crouch..
Your blade sweeps Dwarf's weapon aside.
Your Warhammer crushes into Dwarf's head.

I think damage and rank should be comparable to chargestrike. 

Just seems like the double wielders don't have a very good initiator.
