Random Armor/Weapon Upgrades

The armor and weapons that are sold in the shops in Siva, Syfvaren and Dwarfshome are awesome. But I thought a way to make them EVEN more awesome could be... random enchantments! Get a set of brass knuckles that raise elemental skill or a cloak that raises missile! The combinations are nigh endless! Think about it. 'arry.
