Attack Healthiest / Most Hurt

I think it would be great to have a command that allows us to attack the HEALTHIEST or the Most Hurt Mob in a group. Most Hurt so we can pick those off first Healthiest so that stronger party members can take care of those helping their other party members that way. Thanks!
