Planes
This spell would allow you to scry a particular place regardless of
who might be in the room. 
I was thinking maybe this could tie into teleport. If I can teleport
to a room, I should be able to see what's there before I go.
Kinda look before I leap. Or maybe I just fix a location in my
mind by going there then afterwards, my mind can revisit that spot.
