my answer to all thigns if possible, ANY thing is possible the question you should ask is it worth the time
eg would it add to game play or just be a fun little thing
making things havea higher sp coast based on room imight be afun idea eg you go up in mts and all your abilites cost 5% more sp maybe
or maybe walking cost instead of 3 sp 6 sp
