The rogue would lock his weapons with his target, and perform a double disarm, if sucessful the target would be open for a devistating attack.  
The final attacks effect would be determined by what part of the body it hit.  arms, nothing but more damage. leags would cause a trip. head would cause an eyegouge and blindess, and a hit to the torso would cause heavy bleeding.
