We could call it DIVEBOMB or something.  Would that work, Mistwraith?
Also, what about a MONKEYFLIP?  You charge your opponent, jump at them, landing your feet atop there knees to unbalance them, then you lean back grasping their neck.  You land on your back (if you fail, you are ON YOUR back with them standing there.) and use momentum to flip them violently into the air.  They land behind you on their back, winded (maybe knocked out) taking falling damage.  Anyone like it?
