Using this command, a rogue can attempt to setup a garroting. Preparation for the garrote is the key for the success of this attack. Once in position, when a target becomes available using <garrote [target]> will initiate the garrote. While waiting in ambush, you will be restricted in your activity, since you should be concentrating on the task at hand.   
Morgan prepares to garrote some poor fool. Morgan lunges out of the shadows and wraps a cord around the neck of some poor fool.
Some poor fool starts to choke.
