[11-22 12:10] [Rogue] Intoll: My thought was that MAYBE there's a bug in the system where you were saying it tapers off by 10% each enemy hit. I was wondering, and it does seem like, it tapers off ALL damage by 10% when you perhaps get enough skill to hit another enemy.

[11-22 12:11] [Rogue] Intoll: I mean, 9/10 times I was for hours at 36 doing stats one shotting rooms of 3
[11-22 12:11] [Rogue] Intoll: Then at 45, it stopped and took 2.

[11-22 12:12] [Rogue] Intoll: I've killed thousands of things and took note of my damage.
[11-22 12:12] [Rogue] Intoll: It's pretty accurate within the range of their HP and I ignore the 1/10 times it's off
[11-22 12:12] [Rogue] Intoll: I'm talking consistency here
