Syntax: <perforate [opponent]>
This command is used to initiate combat with the monster or player you specify. You sneak up on your opponent and attempt to perforate him with your knife. If you are wielding two knives, you may also attempt to slide the second knife into your enemy's kidney, causing a massive amount of blood loss.
This command may not be used while mounted.
One of the following weapon types are required: knife, small sword, or tekagi-shuko
