Syntax: <describe [text]>
This command adds a description to your character that people will see when they <finger> your character. This description shows exactly what you have typed, and does not include your name at the beginning. So if you type <describe I like pie.>, people will see 'I like pie.'
If you type <describe> with no parameters, you will be placed into an editor. If you abort the editor your description will be erased.
