There are two types of lockers provided, the first are class lockers which are
free and store any item you like until reboot or a crash, they are located at
each class hall in Kieron.
The second locker type are bank lockers, most banks offer them for a price and
at different sizes, you can buy one locker of one size at any bank that allows.
Bank lockers only allow items that autoload and they will persist over reboot.
You may upgrade your locker to a larger size at any point with out loss of items
currently in locker, this allows you to buy a smaller locker and increase size
as needed up to the largest size that bank allows
