[02-16 20:21] [Newbie] Icewolfz: the magicshop north of hte old man will do it for a price but you may have to try it 1 to 3 times to get all the information
[02-16 20:21] [Newbie] Icewolfz: as some items could ave multiple effects and the spells/prayers only display 1 piece of info
[02-16 20:21] [Newbie] Icewolfz: that or find a player that knows about hte weapon and is not idle
