[05-19 15:44] [Newbie] Icewolfz: that one tends to be used less so no one ever got around to designing a bonus item for that stat
[05-19 15:44] [Newbie] Kumog: Ahh, so those ~7-10 points can be made up by gear, so the more offbeat race/class combos can do things as well?
