[10-18 00:20] [Chat] Icewolfz: noc is hidden and you have to figure out the clues and puzzle ot find him

[10-18 00:21] [Chat] Icewolfz: i will suggest th resulting key to access him you get wizmarked so you can get it back if you die or your gear gets stuck

[10-18 00:21] [Chat] Icewolfz: unlike the sundragons he does not save the gear for his hoard
